2. Our reseller Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your purchase is additionally subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms.
3. The product
The Healthy Van Kitchen is a digital e-book (PDF) with recipes and practical tips for cooking on the road. It contains no medical or nutritional advice. The price is €9.99 including VAT. Prices in other currencies are shown at checkout.
4. Delivery and licence
After payment you receive a download link by e-mail. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the e-book for your own, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the file.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
See our Refund Policy. Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal, which may expire when the download starts if you have expressly agreed to this at checkout.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Please follow general food-safety rules and check ingredients for allergies before cooking.
7. Governing law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
