14-day refund
If you are not happy with The Healthy Van Kitchen, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No reasons needed.
How to request a refund
All orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record. To request a refund, use the link in your order confirmation e-mail or contact Paddle via paddle.net. You can also write to us at soeren.schulz@abrello.com and we will pass your request on.
Refunds are paid back to the original payment method, usually within 14 days of approval. See also the Paddle refund policy.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including the EU right of withdrawal where it applies.
